My name is Nalwadda Winfred. I am a social worker, currently working with Nnina Olugero as an assistant in the business and agriculture project. I am a calm, self-composed and very patient individual. Since I joined Nnina Olugero, everyday is completely different. Sometimes the work is emotionally challenging, especially when I look at the various problems that many of our beneficiaries are facing. These include ignorance and a lack of basic needs like food, clothes, education and health care services. Many cannot afford these basic needs because they don’t have income generating activities.

Working with Nnina Olugero is so far the best thing that has ever happened to me. With all the passion that I have for the less fortunate people, I see that we are giving people a startup capital which they can use to sustain themselves.
